Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Technical Lead with strong expertise in .NET, Angular, and Microsoft Azure to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving technical excellence, mentoring development teams, defining architecture, and ensuring successful project execution while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end application design, development, deployment, and support activities.
Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using .NET technologies and Azure services.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
Review architecture, coding standards, security practices, and performance optimization techniques.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and project managers to define technical requirements.
Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure timely project delivery.
Mentor and coach development teams through code reviews and technical discussions.
Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across application layers.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
8+ years of software development experience.
3+ years of technical leadership experience.
Hands-on experience in enterprise application development using .NET, Angular, and Azure.
Strong understanding of software design principles, microservices architecture, and cloud-native applications.
AI/Copilot integration experience
