What you will do?


  • Translate requirements into an Architectural design and influence the deployment of key infrastructure components.
  • Design, construct, configure, and maintain all facets of a Digital Workspace and Office 365 Solutions.
  • Plan and Execute an end-to-end implementation of the target workloads.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of existing and emerging Digital workspace Office 365 and related core technologies. Help internal sales team provide solutions to customers' requirements.
  • Ability to implement related technologies and understand their dependencies in complex enterprise environments.
  • Ability to proactively collaborate across internal, customer, and key partner teams.
  • Ability to lead and provide strategic vision to large technical teams on complex projects.
  • Provide leadership across practice areas.
  • Proactively provides process improvement or standardization on elements that will have a broad impact.
  • Thought leader in solving problems in complex environments.
  • Effectively articulate escalations and communicate progress to stakeholders.
  • Has ownership stake in the successful technical delivery of complex projects in large enterprise environments
  • Has ownership stake in the delivery of the scope while assisting in managing customer expectations
  • Leads and/or participates in sales pursuits to help sell and develop optimal solutions for client business challenges with a primary focus within Commerce and F&O. Guides the client through design, architecture, estimate, and delivery.
  • Serves as the organization’s technical expert in Office 365 Voice and related technologies.
  • Maintains a deep technical understanding of all aspects of the organization’s Office 365 /M365/MS Teams Voice implementation (Includes 3rd party or Microsoft tools used in conjunction with Office 365 Voice).
  • Participates in the ongoing development of Digital Workspace and Office 365/M 365 strategies.


What you should have?


  • Experience in leading a team of infrastructure architects and Senior Enterprise Architects.
  • 15+ years of experience with hands-on technical implementation experience of IT infrastructure projects (Digital Workspace, Windows 10, Application Packaging, O365, M365, MS Teams).
  • Experience as a Solutions Architect focussing on large-scale, complex, transformational infrastructure solutions and in particular having experience in the Digital Workplace space.
  • A good understanding of the Digital Workplace, the propositions and services that support this, and also the key drivers identified by organizations wishing to develop their Digital Workplace strategy.
  • Knowledge and experience of multiple technologies and their business application.
  • High level of technical training/experience and multi-vendor product awareness (including multi-vendor knowledge).
  • Excellent negotiating skills and high commercial awareness.
  • Ability to present to a large external audience, both business and technical, ability to present at board level.
  • Experience in leading consultancy assignments within a wide variety of organizations and with a wide range of technologies.
  • Ability to produce conceptual designs for multi-technology solutions.
  • Ability to develop business cases involving complex ROI/TCO/Business benefit analysis, as well as the negotiation of Resource Cost Models.
  • Ability to create solution proposition Intellectual Property, for repeatable offerings.
  • Good people management, leadership, and ability to lead large multi-departmental teams of Computacenter and customer staff.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to articulate both technical and business ideas clearly and simply.
  • Proven ability to produce documentation for a business and technical audience.
  • Analysis skills, lateral and highly creative thinking.
  • Strong team player both as part of virtual team and solutions team.                                                                                                                      

Certification: Required:

  • Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE)
  • The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF)
  • Enterprise Architecture Center of Excellence (EACOE)
  • O365/M365 Certified
