Job Description
- 8+ years of experience in working in data projects: Strong proficiency in all the services offered by Microsoft Azure including IaaS, PaaS and SaaS.
- Strong customer engagement skills to understand customer needs for Analytics solutions fully. Good experience in offshore-onsite coordination.
- Highly proficient with PySpark, Python, ETL/ELT tools like Azure Data factory, Databricks. Hand on experience in create data pipeline creation.
- Provide technical guidance to the team and work on implementing complex data solutions.
- Strong working experience with tools like MS SQL Server, Databricks, Azure Data Factory. Expertise in writing optimised SQLs
- Provide support in the design, development, code reviews, test deploy and documentation of Data Engineering and Data Integration Applications.
- Scaling and optimizing schema and performance tuning SQL and ETL pipelines in data lake and data warehouse environments.
- Closely monitor the health of data pipelines and develop contingency plans for failures. Maintain detailed documentation to support up/downstream integrations.
- Provide support/guide support team for production issues.
- Drive technical discussion with client architect and team members.
