Job description:

 Consultant Requirement: Experienced Mobile App Developer (Android)

Primary Skills : Kotlin MP, Jetpack Compose, Android Experience

We are seeking an experienced Mobile App Developer with a strong background in native Android development to support ongoing product development initiatives. The ideal consultant will demonstrate deep technical expertise, modern Android UI proficiency, and familiarity with emerging technologies such as Generative AI.

Core Requirements:

Native Android Development Expertise

• Extensive hands-on experience with Kotlin and native Android development.
• Senior level: 7-11 years of relevant Android/Kotlin experience.
• Mid level: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong command of Android architecture best practices, performance optimization, and clean code principles.

Modern UI Development Using Jetpack Compose

• At least 2 years of practical experience with Jetpack Compose for building production-quality UIs.
• Deep understanding of declarative UI patterns and Compose ecosystem components (State, Navigation, Material3, etc.).

Additional Technical Beneficial Skills

• Working knowledge of C/C++ and experience integrating with Android via JNI/JNA.
• Ability to debug and optimize performance of native components is considered a strong plus.

Generative AI Awareness

• At least basic working knowledge of effectively using Generative AI tools (e.g., AI code assistants, embedding models, LLM-based UX interactions).
• Understanding of where AI can enhance productivity or improve developer workflows is beneficial.

Soft Skills & Ways of Working

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced product environment.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Designers, Architects, QA).
• Good communication skills and ability to clearly articulate technical concepts.
