Product Owner
We are looking for a highly competent Product Owner to join our team to help drive the ongoing development of our cloud-based technology projects.
This position requires extensive experience in Representing the team in global meetings, Understanding the requirements, Story Creation, Agile Methodology & ceremonies, work allocation/tracking, and working with product owners and leads. Candidate should have at least 5+ years of experience.

Key Role/Responsibilities:
• Participate in requirements gathering meetings/workshops with product owners to derive the system requirements and uncover areas of improvement
• Performing requirements analysis and create user stories with proper acceptance criteria for the development team
• Conducting requirement grooming meetings and sharing business needs and system requirements with the development team
• Serving as a liaison between Business users, Business Analyst, and development team users
• Product Backlog Creation. Risk & Dependency Management.
• Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
• Managing competing resources, dependencies, and priorities.
• Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
• Gather metrics, create dashboards, and publish reports.
• Conduct retrospective meetings for driving improvements

Required Skills:
• Experience in working or managing cloud-based (AWS) web application development
• Experience in creating technical project Documentation and task time estimates.
• Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps (Formerly VSTS Teams)
• Knowledge of SQL server administration
• Familiarity with Estimation & Prioritization models
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
