Job Description:

Salesforce Scrum Master

Education           : Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent.

Experience         : 7+ years of Total Experience and Atleast 2 Years as a Scrum Master

Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintain Azure DevOps boards and dashboards to track features, user stories, and defects accurately.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, daily stand-ups, sprint closure, end-user demos, and release planning.
• Share regular sprint progress updates with business stakeholders.
• Ensure engineering team features are refined, solution-ready, and prepared for development.
• Identify and remove impediments that could impact delivery of a releasable product increment.
• Lead sprint retrospectives and ensure improvement actions are tracked through completion.
• Monitor Agile metrics, including velocity, burndown, cycle time, defect trends, predictability, and team capacity.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies, delivery risks, and blockers across business, engineering, QA, release, and Salesforce platform teams.
• Support release readiness by coordinating sprint deliverables, testing progress, stakeholder approvals, and deployment preparation.
• Apply strong planning, organization, systems thinking, Agile practices, and Scrum values.
• Scrum Master certification is preferred.
• Use critical thinking to solve complex problems and identify broader opportunities.
• Demonstrate strong coaching, facilitation, teaching, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Must have prior Salesforce exposure and experience managing Salesforce projects.
