Job Description

Support in translating Functional requirements into Technical documentation.
Create User Manuals, Standard Operating Procedures, Workflow documentation.
Responsible for custom QAD Programming and standard QAD Functional troubleshooting.
Contribute towards QAD Ideation for Process improvements and Tools building.
Communicate independently with Customer for day-to-day operations.
Mentor junior team member and provide feedback.

Required Technical Competencies

QAD Implementation:

Understands basic concepts of QAD implementation methodology.

QAD Data Migration:

Understands basic concepts of QAD data migration.
Able to assist in data migration tasks with guidance.
