Job Description;

Core Finance Functional Skills

• 10-15 years of experience with Oracle EBS R12.x Finance modules.
• Strong hands-on expertise in:
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Fixed Assets (FA)
  • Cash Management
  • Cost Management
  • Taxation (e.g., GST/VAT, Withholding/TDS)

• Good Understanding of P2P and O2C Cycles:
  • Purchase requisition to invoice matching
  • 2-way, 3-way, and 4-way matching
  • Order Management (OM)
  • Shipping Execution

• Documentation skills like BR100, Test Scripts, User Manuals, FRS etc.
• Understanding of Oracle Financials tables and views and Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing finance processes (e.g., standard costing, WIP accounting).
• Ability to work cross-functionally with supply chain & production teams
• Implementation Experience.
