Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle ASCP (Advanced Supply Chain Planning) Techno-Functional Consultant with 8-10 years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite Supply Chain modules. The consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, supporting, and enhancing Oracle ASCP solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to deliver effective supply chain planning solutions.

The ideal candidate should possess strong functional knowledge of supply chain planning processes along with technical expertise in Oracle EBS, ASCP data collection, interfaces, customizations, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into Oracle ASCP solutions.
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops and solution design sessions with business stakeholders.
• Configure Oracle ASCP planning setups including:
• Planning Methods
• Plans and Collections
• Sourcing Rules
• Assignment Sets
• ATP and Available Capacity Planning
• Safety Stock Planning
• Demand and Supply Planning
• Support supply chain planning processes including:
• Demand Planning
• Supply Planning
• Inventory Optimization
• Capacity Planning
• Procurement Planning
• Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs), Solution Design Documents (SDDs), and Test Scenarios.
• Lead UAT activities and support business users during testing and deployment.

Technical Responsibilities

• Develop and support ASCP-related customizations, reports, interfaces, and enhancements.
• Troubleshoot Data Collection, Planning Engine, and Collections-related issues.
• Work on:
• PL/SQL
• XML Publisher Reports
• Oracle Forms & Personalizations
• Workflow
• Concurrent Programs
• Shell Scripts
• Develop and maintain inbound and outbound integrations between Oracle ASCP and third-party systems.
• Analyze performance issues and recommend optimization solutions.
• Support data migration activities and cutover planning.

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of Oracle EBS implementation and support experience.
• Minimum 4-5 years of hands-on Oracle ASCP experience.
• Experience in at least 2-3 end-to-end Oracle ASCP implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Supply Chain and Manufacturing business processes.
• Experience working in global delivery environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Supply Chain Certifications.
• Oracle Cloud Supply Planning exposure.
• Experience in Process Manufacturing or Discrete Manufacturing industries.
• Knowledge of Oracle Demantra, GOP, or Inventory Optimization.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
