We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS (E-Business Suite) Techno-Functional Consultant acts as a vital bridge between business requirements and technical execution. The individual  who will be analyzing processes, and building or modifying custom technical components (RICEW, Integrations etc.) to support and enhance system operations. 

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Production Support & Troubleshooting: Aalyze, and resolve day-to-day technical incidents within defined SLAs.
  • Requirement Gathering: Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and perform fit-gap analyses.
  • System Customisation: Implement UI and rule validations using Form Personalization to enhance standard user screens without touching core code.
  • System Design & Development: Customize and develop RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, and Workflows) components using SQL, PL/SQL, and OAF. 
  • Integrations & Interfaces: Build, maintain, and secure inbound and outbound Integrations between Oracle EBS and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Techno-Functional knowledge: Support core Financial modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM). Supply Chain Process Support: Support core Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules including Purchasing (PO), Inventory (INV), Order Management (OM), and Bill of Materials (BOM). 
  • Testing & Deployment: Execute Unit Testing, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and prepare cutover documentation for system migration and go-live.

Required Technical/ Functional Competencies

Qualifications & Skills

  • Core Expertise: Deep techno-Functional knowledge across both Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA) and Oracle Supply Chain Management (PO, INV, OM) product suites.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Form Personalization, API Integrations, Oracle database technologies (SQL, PL/SQL), Unix shell scripting, Oracle Forms/Reports, XML Publisher, and Workflow.
  • Experience: Typically requires 6 to 8 years of progressive hands-on experience in Oracle EBS implementations, upgrades, and application maintenance.
