Experience
We are seeking a hands-on Oracle EBS and Fusion Techno-Functional to independently design, develop, and deliver complex ERP solutions. You will bridge the gap between legacy application like Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS R12), Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP (FSCM) and other to the latest cloud SaaS/PaaS applications.
This role requires a proactive leader who proposes innovative solutions. Hands-on development skills, not just theoretical knowledge but Proven implementation project experience

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Strong hands-on techno-functional experience with Oracle R12 (EBS) and Oracle Fusion.
• In-depth understanding of the end-to-end P2P lifecycle, including Purchasing (PO), Accounts Payable (AP), and Expense management.
• Clear functional knowledge of matching concepts (2-way, 3-way, 4-way), accounting, accruals (GRNI/accrual process), and exception handling (invoice holds/release).
• Functional and technical knowledge of Oracle expense report processes, including understanding API constraints (e.g., partial rejection/return functionality).
• Awareness of key differences and limitations between Oracle Fusion and Oracle R12, particularly in Payables, Subledger Accounting (SLA), and Workflow.
• Proven expertise in OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), including architecture, monitoring, and error handling for large volumes of data.
• Experience with advanced error handling concepts like retry logic, fault handling, and idempotency.
• Expertise in using REST and SOAP APIs for P2P processes, including handling mandatory fields, duplicate records, and reconciliation approaches.
• Strong technical skills in PL/SQL, debugging, and tracing data flow from the UI to the database (e.g., knowledge of key PO/AP tables).
• Proficiency in developing Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP) reports for financial and operational reporting.
Required Technical/ Functional Competencies
Required Technical Skills & Experience
Oracle EBS R12 & Fusion ERP Data Architecture
- Expert-level knowledge of R12 and Fusion FSCM base tables, interface tables, and open interfaces (e.g., AP, AR, GL, PO, INV).
- Advanced PL/SQL programming skills tailored for heavy-duty enterprise integration and data transformation.
- Strong proficiency in Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) data models, RTF templates, and eText layouts.
Experience & Mindset
- Minimum 8+ years of core Oracle EBS/ Fusion Techno-Functional experience, spanning both implementation and support lifecycles.
- Proven history of independence, showing you can take a vague requirement and turn it into a working production system without hand-holding.
- Demonstrated experience adhering to strict enterprise Quality Criteria and delivery standards.
