Job description:

Experience required: 6+ years

Roles & Responsibilities 

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for automation initiatives related to Finance & regulatory reporting.
• Translate business requirements into detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD) / MVP.
• Prepare data mapping documents and define functional logic to support development and system integration.
• Conduct requirement walkthrough sessions with business stakeholders to clarify requirements, resolve queries, and incorporate feedback.
• Obtain stakeholder approvals and sign-off for finalized requirement documents before development begins.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical development teams, ensuring clear understanding of requirements.
• Create and manage user stories, maintain the product backlog, and participate in backlog grooming and sprint planning activities.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives; facilitate discussions when required.
• Provide functional guidance to developers and resolve queries during the development phase.
• Review and validate System Integration Testing (SIT) evidence to ensure delivered functionality meets the defined requirements.
• Coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders and ensure defects are tracked and resolved.
• Provide functional inputs for match criteria, control reports, and validation rules to support regulatory reporting accuracy.
• Participate in governance meetings, project status calls, and stakeholder discussions to track progress and address risks or issues.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to project governance, regulatory, and compliance standards
• Tools / Tech Stack :- Jira/confluence , Visio , Basic Sql
