Experience

We are looking for a Junior Oracle ERP Consultant with 2 to 4 years of experience in Oracle ERP applications. The candidate will be responsible for supporting Oracle ERP implementation, enhancement, integration, and application support activities. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver effective ERP solutions and ensure smooth business operations.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Support Oracle ERP implementation, enhancement, and application support activities.

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.

• Configure Oracle ERP modules based on business needs.

• Analyse and resolve ERP incidents, defects, and user-reported issues.

• Perform functional testing, system integration testing, and UAT support.

• Coordinate with business users and technical teams to ensure timely delivery.

• Assist in data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.

Ideal Candidate

• 2 to 4 years of relevant Oracle ERP experience.

Required Technical/ Functional Competencies

Mandatory Skills –

• 2 to 4 years of experience in Oracle ERP Cloud/Fusion ERP or Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).

• Experience in one or more Oracle ERP modules such as Finance, Projects.

• Working knowledge of at least one Oracle ERP module:

• Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM)
• Procurement
• Human Capital Management (HCM)

• Strong understanding of ERP business processes and system workflows.

• Basic knowledge of SQL, data analysis, and database concepts.

• Experience in issue analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.

• Knowledge of Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, and reporting tools.

• Understanding of data migration, interface development, and validation processes.

• Experience working in implementation, support, or enhancement projects.

• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.

Preferred Certifications

• Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications Certification

• Oracle Financials Cloud Certification

• Oracle Procurement Cloud Certification

Good to Have

• Exposure to Oracle ERP implementation projects.

• Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and SIT.
