Job Description:

SF LMS Application Technical Support Engineer | Experience – 3+ years 

• Managed E2E implementation projects for LMS Module
• Manage SF LMS system integration, refresh, and migration processes to ensure a smooth implementation.
• Execute test plans to validate system functionality and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Actively supports post-implementation support and knowledge transfer documentation.
• Sound knowledge in Reporting for LMS and skilled in building Custom reports using PRD.
• Experience with the integration of SF LMS with external tools like Degreed and other SF modules.
• Good to have integration experience with respective SF core modules
• Gathers and validates change requests and bug-fix requirements
• Supports governance forums to ensure tickets are resolved on time and sends reminders when needed
• Defect root cause analysis and remediation
• Production support (rotational schedule)
• Working with geographically distributed teams

Improve quality

• Occasionally assists in testing of new application functions, releases and facilitates the promotion of new features/functionalities among user community
• Helps in the creation & update of knowledge documentation specific to the processes and functional areas within the H2R domain
• Strong customer focus with excellent communication, presentation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Adaptability and ability to manage complex and diverse client needs.

Qualifications and Requirements

Technologies

• Proven experience with SF LMS, including data migration, and integrations
• Expertise in SuccessFactors LMS reporting is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors standard integrations
