Role Overview:
The SAP FICO Consultant will assist in implementing and supporting SAP Finance and Controlling modules. The consultant will work closely with business users to gather requirements, configure solutions, test, and provide day-to-day support for FICO processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support implementation and post-go-live activities for SAP FICO.
• Gather and document business requirements and map them to SAP functionalities.
• Configure and test SAP FICO modules (GL, AR, AP, AA, and CO submodules).
• Assist in integration with MM and SD modules.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide functional support to end-users.
• Participate in data migration, testing, and cutover activities.
• Create user manuals and conduct training sessions.
• Support audit, reconciliation, and month-end closing processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–7 years of SAP FICO experience with at least 1 full implementation cycle.
• Strong understanding of financial postings, cost centers, and internal orders.
• Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD).
• Basic understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance (preferred).
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills:
• SAP Certification in FICO.
• Experience with report development tools (Fiori, SAP Analytics Cloud).
• Exposure to financial closing cockpit or automation tools.
