We are looking forward to hire SAP HCM Professionals in the following areas :

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent from an accredited college or university.
  • Experience of 5-8 Years in SAP HCM.
  • Must have knowledge of Implementation, Support, upgrade, and Rollout projects.
  • Should have Hands-on Experience in Time Management process (Positive and negative)
  • Good Working Experience on CATS (Cross Application Time Sheets)/CATA process.
  • Must have knowledge of Interfaces (Inbound & Outbound) processes in Time Management.
  • Must have knowledge of Attendance and Absence configurations.
  • Must have knowledge of Valuation Rules for (Attendance and absence).
  • Experience in the Payroll process for the USA.
  • SAP EC-Success Factors knowledge will be an added advantage.
  • S4/HANA work experience or S4 Certification will be an added advantage.
  • Good knowledge of ticketing tools like Service Now, solution Manager, etc.
  • Ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ready to work in a 24 x 5 support environment.
