Experience required: 5+ years
Skills – SuccessFactors Employee Central + SuccessFactors Time Off + SuccessFactors PMGM (if Possible)
We are seeking a detail-oriented HRIS professional to support and enhance Employee Central and Time Off (Time Management) processes and if possible PMGM processes as well. The role focuses on ensuring accurate system configuration, seamless leave/absence management, and overall system stabilization post–implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and support Time Off processes, ensuring accurate leave/absence management and policy adherence.
- Assist in Employee Central configuration, including enhancements, issue resolution, and ongoing system stabilization.
- Provide cross-functional support across HRIS modules, collaborating with stakeholders to improve delivery efficiency and system performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Time Off)
- Experience in HRIS configuration and production support
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions
