Job description:

Role: SOX Audit Consultant (SAP GRC / S/4HANA)

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience in SOX ITGC audits
• Hands-on experience in:
  • SAP GRC (Access Control, SOD, Firefighter)
  • SAP S/4HANA SOX audits and controls

• Good understanding of:
  • User Access Management controls (UMP 2 / 3 / 4 / 5)
  • Segregation of Duties (SOD)
  • Audit lifecycle (PBC, Test of Design, Test of Effectiveness)
  • SAP Security & GRC best practices

Critical Requirement (Must Have):

• Experience working with US-based companies where SOX compliance is mandatory
• Exposure to US SOX audit standards and documentation expectations
• Experience interacting with Big4 auditors and handling audit queries independently

Core Responsibilities:

• Audit evidence collection and validation (screenshots, reports, logs, system extracts)
• Handling PBC requests and ensuring timely submissions
• Coordination with auditors for queries and follow-ups
• Supporting audit walkthroughs and documentation
• Reviewing evidence quality before submission to minimize audit observations

Preferred Profile:

• Experience working in global/multi-region audit environments
• Ability to independently handle auditor discussions and explain evidence clearly
• Prior experience in S/4HANA-based control environments

• Duration: 6 months (extendable)
• Location: Kharadi, Pune
