Primary Skills

  • 4-6 years of experience in ITSM and ITBM in the ServiceNow Platform
  • 3 + years of Service Now Developer experience
  • Hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the ServiceNow platform.
  • Design, Develop and Implement solutions for Ideas, Demand, projects, Resources, and Time Management
  • Experience in Service-now custom app development.
  • Design and develop solutions within the ServiceNow environment to include modifications of applications, forms, workflow, interfaces, and any other customization required to support ITIL processes
  • Generation of product demo scripts and scenarios and maintaining demonstration environment(s)
  • Assume responsibility of Interfacing with the implementation/project team, and articulating customer requirements, to ensure a smooth transition from Sales to Deliver
  • Ability to demonstrate ServiceNow products and technologies effectively to audiences of varied technical knowledge

 

Responsibilities:

  • Produce compelling sales proposals/commercial and technical documentation outlining the cost savings and business benefits to clients of using ServiceNow
  • Participation across the sales lifecycle in acquiring strategic customers
  • Provide mentoring and training to peers, colleagues, and partners
  • Scoping and delivering Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements with prospects
  • Responding to Request for Information/Proposal documents
  • Staying current on product developments/releases to a level required for demo and POC/POV
  • Assist sales in the qualification of customer needs through discovery
  • Supporting Marketing events – user conferences, trade shows, webinars, etc.
  • Act as the ServiceNow subject matter expert at Executive briefings/marketing events
  • Staying current on competitive analyses and understanding differentiators between ServiceNow and its competitors
  • Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the products including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, security, etc.
  • In collaboration with Sales and Professional Services, conduct transition briefing - communicate commitments and expectations in preparation for deployment.
