Job Description
At least 8+ Years of Experience in Design, Development, Implementation, Upgrade, Customization and Maintenance of Oracle EBS covering Complete System. Execute Techno Functional role on Oracle EBS. Candidate should be a strong SQL, PL/SQL Developer with Oracle ERP Experience in Oracle Order Management/Pricing , Knowledge of Customers and Price Lists.
Good knowledge of OM module, Order booking and Maintenance, Shipping and OM Setups.
Experience of OM conversion tasks would be really helpful. In particular, customers, Sales Orders and Pricing is a must have experience.
Good technical skills would be benefit to troubleshoot loader issues and help support development of data extract queries. Techno/functional skills a plus.
Required Technical/ Functional Competencies
Customer Management:
- Specialized knowledge of customers' business domain and technology suite.
- Use latest technology, communicate effectively, demonstrate leadership, present technical offerings, and proactively suggest solutions.
Projects Documentation:
- Has In-depth understanding of documentation involved in Project like BBP & Solution Design, FS etc.
- Able to build into require project documentation and can do a Peer review for team members documents.
Domain/ Industry Knowledge:
- Working knowledge of customers' business processes and relevant technology platforms/products.
- Ability to prepare process maps, workflows, and business cases with application of industry standards and practices.
- Creation of medium to complex business models.
Functional Design:
- Specialized knowledge of solution design, scope analysis, and building blocks for business cases.
- Identifying key business drivers and translating them into solution components
- Creating diagrams from use cases and updating design specifications
- Understanding functional specifications and designing flexible solutions
- Collaborating with stakeholders to explain the solution approach
- Offering solution options based on research and coordinating process playbacks and reviews for business solutions.
Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
- Specialized knowledge of requirement management processes and requirement analysis processes, tools & methodologies.
- Extract requirements for complex scenarios and prototype independently.
- Identify modules impacted, features/functionalities impacted and arrive at high level estimates.
- Develop traceability matrix and identify transition requirements.
Test Management:
- Able to perform unit testing & perform comparison testing for rehosting, report testing status and create iteration, system integration test plan and develop integration test cases as required.
- Execute automation test scripts/manual test cases as per test plan, record findings and DIT Test Cases against the baseline code provided.
- Identify, report and document defects identified and perform defect fix/ deviations from expected results
- Create test cases, test scenarios and test data and perform Development Integration Testing.
