We are seeking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Planning Functional Consultant who will lead end-to-end implementations, configure planning parameters, and optimize modules like Demand, Supply, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) to align with enterprise goals. Specialist functional role in Supply Chain Planning on Oracle Fusion (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, GOP, Inventory planning) supporting planning design, configuration and optimization. 

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering & Design: Lead workshops to map business processes, conduct fit-gap analyses, and write functional design documents (FDDs).
• System Configuration: Set up planning parameters, hierarchies, calendars, sourcing rules, and measure catalogs in Oracle Fusion. 
• Module Expertise: Configure specialized modules such as:
• Demand Management: Setup statistical forecasting and forecast profiles.
• Supply Planning: Define planning policies, safety stock, and exceptions handling.
• Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP): Support cycles to reconcile plans with execution.
• Global Order Promising (GOP) / ATP: Integrate ATP and promising rules. 
• Testing & Deployment: Lead CRP (Conference Room Pilot), SIT (System Integration Testing), and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) cycles.
• Integration & Support: Collaborate with technical teams on data migration, integrations, and ongoing production support.
• Collaborate with technical teams for planning data integrations and planning-related reports/analytics.

Required Technical/ Functional Competencies

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Typically, Typically 5 to 10+ years of relevant Supply Chain Planning experience, including at least 3-4 years specifically in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.
• Implementation Track Record: Proven completion of at least 2 to 3 full lifecycle implementations.
• Module Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Planning Central, Supply Chain Collaboration, and Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP).
• Certifications: Active Oracle Cloud Certification for relevant modules is highly preferred by employers
