Job Summary

We are seeking an Oracle Fusion/OTM Techno-Functional Consultant designs, configures, and supports Oracle Transportation Management Cloud/On-Premise systems, requiring 6 – 8 years of experience. Responsibilities include end-to-end implementation, SQL/PL/SQL development, XML/XSLT integration with ERP/WMS, and agent workflow configuration.

Experience

6 - 8 years (Minimum 4+ Years of relevant experience in OTM)

Key Responsibilities

• System Configuration: Configure OTM modules including Order Management, Shipment Planning & Execution, Rate Management, and Freight Settlement.
• Technical Development: Design and maintain Automation Agents, complex XML schemas, XSLT mapping, and BI Publisher reports.
• Integrations: Develop and maintain integrations between OTM and Oracle ERP (Cloud/EBS), WMS, or third-party platforms using APIs, SOAP/REST Web Services, and Middleware.
• Analysis & Support: Gather business requirements, prepare functional/technical design documents (FDD/TDD), and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
• Testing & Rollout: Lead System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and go-live deployment.

Required Technical Skills

• Oracle OTM: Deep expertise in OTM Cloud (24x/25x versions) and On-Premise.
• Database: Strong SQL/PL/SQL for data querying and analysis.
• Middleware/Languages: Proficiency in XML, XSLT, SOAP/REST APIs.
• Data Modelling: Experience with OTM data modelling.

Required Functional Skills

• Logistics Knowledge: Solid understanding of transportation planning, execution, and rating processes.
• Business Analysis: Ability to translate transportation needs into functional configurations.
• Preferred : Full-cycle OTM implementation experience.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Supply Chain

Soft Skills

• Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Experience working in Agile or Waterfall delivery models
