Data Analyst - Power BI Job

Job description:

Experience required: 1-2 years

Business & Solution Design: Collaborate with client and internal teams to understand business problems, gather requirements, and translate them into scalable technical solutions and designs.

• Hands-on Technology: Lead end-to-end implementation using SQL, Snowflake, Excel, and PowerPoint, including data modeling, analytics, reporting, and business logic development.
• Power BI Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable Power BI dashboards and reports, including data models, DAX measures, Power Query transformations, and interactive visualizations.
• Take ownership and accountability of end to end individual asks
• Best Practices & Innovation: Drive continuous improvement, automation, and adoption of new technologies while following Agile methodologies and maintaining a strong client-first and collaborative mindset.
• Prior experience working with Pharma domain is a plus"
