Executive (Account Management & Delivery | GCC Accounts)


Location: Pune (initial)

 

Role Overview
We are looking to onboard a high-potential Executive for an Account Management + Delivery role within our GCC (Global Capability Center) accounts. This position is ideal for candidates with strong client-facing capabilities, delivery ownership mindset, and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships while ensuring seamless execution.The role is similar in scope to executives currently managing GCC accounts within our team and will include both account management and delivery responsibilities.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with GCC stakeholders and clients
  • Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable delivery plans
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through consistent engagement
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and additional business
  • Delivery Management
  • Own end-to-end delivery for assigned GCC accounts
  • Ensure timely closure of requirements and maintain delivery SLAs
  • Work closely with internal teams (recruitment, operations, etc.) to drive execution
  • Monitor and improve delivery metrics, quality, and efficiency
  • Stakeholder Coordination
  • Act as a bridge between internal teams and client stakeholders
  • Provide regular updates, reporting, and insights to leadership
  • Manage escalations effectively and ensure quick resolution

 

Candidate Profile

  • 0–3 years of experience (campus + early professional experience acceptable)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • High ownership and accountability mindset
  • Basic understanding of recruitment/delivery processes is preferred
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
