Lead Consultant - Automation Testing Job

We are looking forward to hire Automation Testing Professionals in the following areas :

Technical Test Lead

Objectives of this role

• Maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives.
• Support multiple Automation teams, ensuring technical challenges are met.
• Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with project sponsor, Delivery Manager and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Identify key requirements and estimate automation efforts.
• Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders.
• Act as an Automation Architect between automation team and the delivery manager to troubleshoot issues related to the enterprise automation tool.

Required skills and qualifications

• 8+Years of experience leading automation teams
• Performed multiple automation POCs for different technologies and domains
• Expert in configuring CICD pipelines
• Experience in configuring DEX
• Designed, strategized automation framework and strategy
• Five or more years of experience in a technical lead role, preferably in leading large automation projects
• Outstanding knowledge on Automation Framework, Best Practices and Reporting automation to stakeholders.
• Expert in Custom Controls exploration and development using Tricentis TOSCA
• Preparation of Test Data, execution, review test cases written by peers to ensure all requirements are covered in the test script

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
• Worked extensively on automation projects with Tricentis TOSCA
• Strong working knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and Oracle
• Advanced and Expert level certifications in TOSCA
