Experience

We are seeking a hands-on OIC Technical Solution Architect to independently design, develop, and deliver complex integration solutions. You will bridge the gap between legacy application like Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS R12), Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP (FSCM) and other to the latest cloud SaaS/PaaS applications.

This role requires a proactive leader who proposes innovative architecture, rather than just executing ready-made designs. You must possess deep technical expertise in base tables, APIs, and reporting tools across both on-premises and cloud environments.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture & Design

  • Propose architectural solutions for complex hybrid integrations between Oracle EBS R12 and Cloud Fusion ERP.
  • Design end-to-end integration flows using SOAP and REST APIs, avoiding reliance on standard FBDI or ATP-based templates.
  • Lead technical assessment of business requirements to establish robust, scalable, and secure connection frameworks.

Hands-on Development & Implementation

  • Independently develop and deploy Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations from scratch.
  • Write high-performance R12 PL/SQL code, packages, procedures, and functions to support data extraction and migration.
  • Build BI Publisher (BIP) reports in Fusion and EBS to validate data integrity and meet business reporting needs.

Technical Expertise & Lifecycle Management

      • Query and map base tables and interfaces fluently across both EBS R12 and Oracle Fusion FSCM modules.
      • Own the full project lifecycle, driving deliverables through both complex implementation phases and critical production support issues.
      • Enforce quality criteria standards throughout code development, peer reviews, and system testing.

Required Technical/ Functional Competencies

Required Technical Skills & Experience

Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) & APIs

  • Extensive project history building diverse OIC integration patterns (Scheduled, App-driven, Publish/Subscribe).
  • Deep expertise in REST/SOAP API consumption, payload handling, and security protocols (OAuth, Basic Auth).
  • Proven track record moving beyond basic FBDI file-loads or ATP database triggers into complex API-led architectures.

Oracle EBS R12 & Fusion ERP Data Architecture

  • Expert-level knowledge of R12 and Fusion FSCM base tables, interface tables, and open interfaces (e.g., AP, AR, GL, PO, INV).
  • Advanced PL/SQL programming skills tailored for heavy-duty enterprise integration and data transformation.
  • Strong proficiency in Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) data models, RTF templates, and eText layouts.

Experience & Mindset

  • Minimum 8+ years of core Oracle integration experience, spanning both implementation and support lifecycles.
  • Proven history of independence, showing you can take a vague requirement and turn it into a working production system without hand-holding.
  • Demonstrated experience adhering to strict enterprise Quality Criteria and delivery standards.
