We are seeking for an experienced Oracle SCM & Manufacturing Cloud Functional Consultant, who will act as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, lead end-to-end implementations, configure modules (like Inventory, Order Management, and Manufacturing), map processes, and drive user adoption to optimize global supply chains.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering & Design: Lead workshops to map business requirements to Oracle Fusion capabilities, identify gaps, and design robust solutions.
- System Configuration: Configure core modules including Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Procurement, Order Management, and Cost Management.
- Testing & Validation: Prepare and execute Conference Pilot (CRP), System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Integration Support: Collaborate with technical teams to validate touchpoints between SCM, Finance, and third-party systems using tools like FBDI and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Training & Hypercare: Develop end-user training materials, lead knowledge-transfer sessions, and provide post-production hypercare support.
- System Updates: Assess the impact of quarterly Oracle Cloud updates on existing business processes and perform regression testing
Required Technical/ Functional Competencies
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Domain Experience: Typically 5 to 10+ years of functional SCM consulting experience, with at least 3-5 years specifically in Oracle Cloud.
- Implementation Track Record: Proven completion of at least 2 to 3 full lifecycle implementations.
- Certifications: Active Oracle Cloud Certification for relevant modules is highly preferred by employers
Key Technical Skills
- Deep functional expertise in Oracle SCM modules (Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Planning, Manufacturing, and PLM).
- Familiarity with data migration tools (FBDI, ADFdi) and reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher).
- Understanding of integration concepts, Redwood UI, and modern supply chain user workflows
