Lead Consultant - Oracle OTM Techno-Functional Consultant Job

We are looking for an experienced Oracle OTM Techno-Functional Consultant with 7+ years of experience (5+ years in OTM) to support both project delivery and pre-sales activities. The role involves solution design, client consulting, effort estimation, proposal preparation, implementation, integrations, and support of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) solutions.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct requirement discovery workshops and provide OTM solution recommendations.
• Prepare solution proposals, effort estimates, SOWs, and support RFP/RFI responses.
• Configure OTM modules including Order Management, Shipment Planning, Rate Management, and Freight Settlement.
• Design and develop OTM integrations using XML, XSLT, SOAP/REST APIs, OIC, and middleware.
• Create functional and technical design documents (FDD/TDD).
• Lead SIT, UAT, deployment, and post go-live support activities.
• Perform issue resolution, root cause analysis, and process optimization

Required Technical/ Functional Competencies

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Oracle OTM Cloud/On-Premises.
• Expertise in SQL/PLSQL, XML, XSLT, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Knowledge of OTM data model, agents, workflows, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of transportation and logistics processes.
• Experience in solutioning, estimation, and customer-facing consulting.

Preferred

• End-to-end OTM implementation experience.
• Exposure to Oracle Fusion SCM, ERP, WMS, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Experience in proposal preparation and pre-sales engagements.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain, or related field.
