Module Lead (Manufacturing, Quality & MES Integration) Job

About the Role :

We are looking for a Module Lead with strong techno-functional expertise in Infor LN Manufacturing and Quality, combined with hands-on experience in ERP-MES integration and manufacturing data architecture.

The ideal candidate should possess deep database knowledge and be capable of directly understanding, analyzing, and extracting data from Infor LN and Plex MES databases. A key responsibility of this role is to design a centralized manufacturing data repository by establishing relationships between ERP business data and shop-floor production data, enabling traceability, reporting, and digital manufacturing initiatives.

Experience :

• 7-9 years of Manufacturing ERP consulting experience.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Infor LN implementation, solution design, or functional consulting experience.
• Experience in manufacturing digitalization, ERP-MES integration, quality management, and traceability solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze and support Infor LN Manufacturing, Quality, Inventory, Procurement, Sales, and Traceability processes.
• Design and implement integrations between Infor LN and Plex MES for seamless data exchange.
• Develop a centralized manufacturing data repository by consolidating data from Infor LN, Plex MES, and related systems.
• Understand and analyze database structures, tables, and relationships within Infor LN and Plex MES.
• Create and maintain relationships between:
  • Customer & Sales Orders
  • Production Orders
  • Material Consumption
  • Inventory Transactions
  • Lot/Batch Information
  • Quality Records
  • Shop-Floor Production Data
  • Finished Goods Traceability

• Define field-level data mapping and reporting requirements.
• Enable end-to-end traceability using Lot Number, Batch Number, QR Code, Serial Number, or Pipe Number.
• Automate inspection certificates, quality reports, compliance reports, and operational dashboards.
• Recommend solution ownership across ERP, MES, middleware, and reporting platforms.
• Prepare solution design documents, implementation roadmaps, and technical specifications.

Required Skills :

Functional

• Strong expertise in Infor LN Manufacturing and Quality modules.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, production execution, quality management, inventory, and traceability.

Database & Data Architecture (Mandatory)

• Strong SQL and relational database skills.
• Deep understanding of Infor LN and MES database structures.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret data directly from Infor LN and Plex MES.
• Experience designing centralized data repositories, data models, and reporting datasets.
• Ability to establish relationships between business transactions and shop-floor production data.
• Strong understanding of master data, transactional data, genealogy, and traceability data.

Integration & Reporting

• REST APIs and data integration concepts.
• Experience with ERP-MES integration architectures.
• Power BI, SSRS, SQL-based reporting, and reporting automation.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience with Plex MES or similar MES platforms.
• Experience in manufacturing digitalization and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
