Experience required: 6-10 years

 

Role Overview

The Senior Agentforce Developer will lead AI-driven CRM development initiatives, own complex agent workflows, and ensure scalable, secure, and compliant AI implementations within Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design and implementation of Agentforce solutions
  • Architect persona-based AI workflows and automation
  • Define AI guardrails and grounding strategies
  • Integrate Agentforce with enterprise systems
  • Optimize agent response accuracy and performance
  • Mentor developers and review technical designs
  • Drive technical discussions with business and architecture teams

 

Required Skills

  • 6+ years Salesforce platform experience
  • Deep hands-on experience with Agentforce configuration
  • Strong Apex, LWC, and Flow orchestration expertise
  • Experience with AI prompt engineering and response tuning
  • Integration architecture experience
  • Understanding of AI governance and compliance controls

 

Preferred

  • Salesforce PD2 / Architect track certifications
  • Experience in Life Sciences Cloud
  • Experience implementing AI in regulated environments
