Job Description:

Experience required: 7+ years

• Work as part of an Agile software development team to deliver valuable business requirements. 
• Actively participate in the design and architecture of the application or its components, investigating and proposing appropriate technologies. 
• Design and develop C# applications, including front-end websites and back-end API services. 
• Configure applications in different environments. 
• Work alongside the core automation platform tea which provides the infrastructure for various automation systems. 
• Technical design of the new solutions applying best practice software design techniques and collaborating with other engineers and SME’s as required. 
• Evaluate market-leading best-in-class software components which help to create a sustainable and best quality codebase. 
• Assist more junior developers, coaching their development skills and controlling their work where appropriate. 
• Provide L3 support and troubleshooting for production problems. 
• Follow SDLC guidelines including coding standards and compliance with security controls. 
• Take on lead engineering responsibilities and oversee the quality and design of the codebase. 
• Work with stakeholders to ensure the strategic direction of the project architecture is successful.
