Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with hands-on expertise in Oracle Redwood UX adoption. The consultant will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and enabling modern Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud solutions while driving Redwood user experience adoption, change management, and business value realization.
Experience
7–10 years (Minimum 3+ Years of Experience on Oracle Fusion)
Key Responsibilities
Functional Responsibilities
· Lead requirement gathering and solution design for Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud
· Configure and manage HCM modules in alignment with business requirements
· Drive Oracle Redwood UX adoption, including setup, activation, and rollout
· Validate Redwood‑enabled pages, flows, and role-based user experiences
· Prepare functional design documents, setup guides, and test scripts
· Execute SIT and support UAT with business users
· Provide post‑go‑live support and continuous optimization
Oracle Fusion HCM Modules
- Core HR / Global HR / Enterprise Structures
- Absence Management
- Payroll (Global/UAE Payroll experience preferred)
- Talent Management (Recruiting, Performance, Goals, Compensation)
- OLM (Learnings)
- ORC (Recruiting)
- Benefits Administration
Oracle Redwood Adoption Skills (Required / Preferred)
- Strong understanding of Oracle Redwood User Experience (UX) concepts and design principles
- Hands-on experience enabling and validating Redwood-enabled HCM pages and flows
- Experience with Redwood role-based pages and personalized user journeys
- Knowledge of Redwood changes impacting:
- Core HR flows (Hire, Transfer, Termination)
- Talent and Recruiting pages
- Manager Self-Service and Employee Self-Service
- Ability to conduct impact analysis for Redwood upgrades on existing HCM configurations
- Partner with business users for change management, training, and adoption of Redwood UI
- Create user training materials and quick reference guides for Redwood UI transitions
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure integrations, approvals, and reports work seamlessly with Redwood pages
Technical & Functional Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementations
- End-to-end knowledge of Hire‑to‑Retire processes
- Oracle Fusion HCM security roles, data roles, and approval workflows
- Experience with OTBI and BI Publisher reporting
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field
- Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Certification(s) – Preferred
- Oracle Redwood UX exposure or training – Strong Plus
Soft Skills
- Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to support UX change and user adoption initiatives
- Experience working in Agile or Waterfall delivery models
Nice to Have
- Multiple Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementations
- Exposure to quarterly Oracle Fusion updates and Redwood release readiness
- Global HR or multi-country rollout experience
- Knowledge of India statutory and compliance requirements
