We are looking forward to hire Scrum Master Professionals in the following areas :
Experience required- 7 to 9 years
Role description:
- Responsible for promoting self-organization and continuous improvement in an agile environment.
- Support 2 scrum teams while partnering closely with key roles such as the Engineering Manager and Product Manager.
- Drive for outcomes and business/customer value through coaching, influencing and insights.
- Work independently, receiving oversight during critical decision points or issues. Monitor and gather metrics and promote team and product health.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication, conflict resolution and facilitation skills
- Growth and continuous improvement mindset
- Experience in project management and demonstrated team leadership
- 1 year experience in either GitHub, Jira, Sharepoint design or Power Apps
