Job Description:

Years of Experience Required: 

8-10 years overall experience with min 3 years experience in Project management.

Education with Specialization:

 B.E or M.E/M.Tech in ECE/EEE

Roles and Responsibilities the candidate will perform in ITEC: Project managers set up and manage projects, in order to achieve agreed targets and fulfill requirements, including customer value, business case, stakeholder requirements, safety, fit-for-use/quality, cost of project execution and schedule.Project managers lead and manage a team / a cross-functional team / team of teams to achieve project targets within the constraints. They provide transparency to business stakeholders on the project and escalate issues when needed.

Required Skill Set (be specific the same will be taken for sourcing profiles): Program Management, Project Management, Business Analysis, Agile Project Management, Agile Methodology, Scrum, Kanban, Change Management, Software Delivery, Digital Strategy, OKR’s, AI Tools, RFP, Vendor Evaluation, Persona Management, BRD, UAT, Global Cross-functional team management, Risk Management, Waterfall Methodologies, New Product Development, Business Process Transformation, Business Solutions, Digital Solutions

Required Tools / Software Knowledge  (be specific the same will be taken for sourcing profiles): 

• Azure DevOps, O365, MS Project, MS Visio, Miro, JIRA,SAP

Soft Skill (be specific the same will be taken for sourcing profiles): 

• Excellent communication in English language in terms of Read/Write and Speak.
• Good presentation cum facilitation skills. Collaborative skills with 'Can do' attitude.

Competence profile (be specific the same will be taken for sourcing profiles): 

• Analytical and creative thinking abitlity. 
• Industriousness.
• Ability to lead a team.
• Attention to procedures and guidelines.
• Process oriented outlook. 
• Good focus on safety and quality way of work been done.

Professional requirements: 

• PMP® certified by PMI - Not necessary but would be added advantage. 
• PSM® certified
