Our SAP Service Line is currently looking for industry-leading seasoned Project Manager- SAP with hands-on experience. You should have worked as an experienced Senior SAP manager with a proven track record in the outsourcing environment and must have worked closely with the onsite Account Managers to plan the overall Client Relationship Strategy, concentrate on cost reduction, service improvement.


What you should have?

  • Minimum 15+ years of IT experience with a minimum of 4 years in the area of Project Management.
  • Must have strong SAP background and should have managed at-least 2 SAP project as a Project Manager
  • Strong project implementation process experience, ability to document processes and policies
  • Plays an interface role between the Account manager and Delivery Centres –that provide the different services to the client
  • Must have excellent client management skills.
  • Should show experience delivering a service in a multi-vendor environment
  • Should show the maturity to understand client situations and mentor team to engage with the customer in a manner that increases client experience and satisfaction
  • Must have managed a large team in an onshore-offshore model setup.
  • PMP / PRINCE 2 certification will be an advantage
  • Must have experience in Transition and managing projects/services end to end using ASAP methodology.
  • Must display financial management skills, a running project within contracted costs and show continuous improvement
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation skills and must have experience in developing and presenting client/project reports
  • Should be a Team Player, Pro-active and display high leadership qualities
  • Should show experience in transforming engagements to deliver over and beyond contracted expectations
  • Should show the ability to understand industry and client situations and identify new opportunities

What you must-have?

  • Must have managed the engagements ensuring Delivery Effectiveness & Excellence
  • Must have managed the SLA targets and work with the team to troubleshoot and resolve areas where targets are in danger of being breached
  • Must have got experience in Workload planning for Service Management and Projects
  • Effective Communication & Escalation - Manage Risks & Issues
  • Third-Party Management - Process Implementation/Adherence/Continuous Improvement- Regular Month-end reporting - Measure various metrics (process, tools, client satisfaction, etc.)
  • Drive Continuous Service Improvements
  • Improving Contribution Margin - Maintain and Improve Pyramid Structure - Ensure expectations and goals are set properly with a team and work with stakeholders to find the right fit. 
  • Manage Staffing, Team Building, Training, and Certifications and proven track record of successful project implementations
