Job Description:

QA Automation Developer

Role:

Work with the PTS team to ensure the quality of the developed solution.

Responsibilities:

• Define and develop integration tests between various services defined in the solution.
• Translate User workflows into End-to-End automation tests based.
• Analyze, interpret, and summarize test results. Escalate issues if required to the development team.
• In the CI/CD pipeline, develop quality gates for ensuring only the highest quality of releases go through.
• Participate in the manual testing of new features developed.
• Translate bug scenarios into automated tests (whenever possible) to ensure that the bug is indeed fixed and help in identifying regressions going forward.

Requested technical skills:

• Solid knowledge of automated testing approach.
• Experience in automation testing of Cloud services, REST API/ BDD.
• Experience in automation testing of Front end (cypress) and back end (postman/rest assured)
• Experience in AzureDevOps, Microsoft VSTS for CI/CD.
• Experience with automation framework like Postman.
• Familiarity with common problems and solutions in Windows applications.
• Experience in working in Agile teams.
