Role Title: Salesforce Data 360 Configurator

Experience Range: 2-4 years

JOB SUMMARY

Seeking a Salesforce Data 360 Configurator with 2-4 years of experience, including 2+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Data Cloud. The role requires strong expertise in configuring Salesforce Data Cloud environments, managing large datasets, integrating data from multiple sources, enabling customer profile unification, and supporting data activation, segmentation, and migration activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Configure Data360 data spaces, permissions, and data model objects.

Integrate data from Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Google Cloud Platform (Big Query), CRM, and other data sources.

Define and implement DSO, DLO, DMO segmentation and activation strategies.

Map and harmonize data across multiple data sources using data transforms while enforcing suppression and privacy rules.

Support identity resolution and customer profile unification within Salesforce Data Cloud.

Support migration activities from sandbox to production environments using CLI migration tools.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

2-4 years of overall experience with at least 2+ years of experience specifically in Salesforce Data Cloud.

Strong expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud and handling large datasets.

Experience with data integration, data modeling, segmentation, identity resolution, and profile unification.

Experience working with SFMC, Google Cloud Platform (Big Query), CRM platforms, and CLI-based migrations.

Knowledge of data governance, suppression management, and privacy rule enforcement
