Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for front-end and back-end applications.
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
- Work with UI/UX teams to refine front-end requirements and customer journeys.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure back-end logic, integrations, and APIs meet business expectations.
- Create process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases.
- Support development and QA teams during design, build, testing, and release phases.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review sessions.
- Conduct impact analysis and propose solutions to improve system performance and user experience.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with business goals.
Required Skills:
- 8–10 years of Business Analyst experience with enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of front-end workflows (UI/UX, usability, user journeys).
- Good knowledge of back-end systems, APIs, databases, and integrations.
- Hands-on experience writing user stories, BRDs, FRDs, and process documents.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Good to Have:
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
- Experience with SQL or any database query language.
- Understanding of API testing tools (Postman, Swagger, etc.).

Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
- Working knowledge of requirement management processes and requirement analysis processes, tools & methodologies.
- Able to analyze the impact of change requested/ enhancement/ defect fix and identify dependencies or interrelationships among requirements & transition requirements for engagement.
Process Modeling:
- Proficient in various process modeling notations and tools.
- Ability to create complex process models.
- Ability to conduct process improvement workshops and analyze business processes.
Data Analysis:
- Proficient in various data analysis techniques and tools.
- Ability to perform complex data analysis tasks.
- Ability to conduct data analysis workshops and analyze business data.
Business Process Improvement:
- Proficient in various process improvement methodologies and tools.
- Ability to identify complex process improvement opportunities.
- Ability to lead process improvement initiatives.
Stakeholder Management:
- Proficient in various stakeholder management techniques.
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts.
Solution Design:
- Good understanding of solution design techniques.
- Can create moderately complex solution designs with some guidance and supervision, and is able to work independently on simpler designs.
- Can evaluate design patterns and choose the most suitable for the project.
- Can identify risks and constraints and propose mitigation strategies.
