We are looking forward to hire a seasoned MS Dynamics AX (D365) F&O Retail Functional Consultant who thrives on challenges and desires to make a real difference in the business world. 

The shortlisted candidate should have strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Should have an ability to effectively communicate complex Functional designs within the team, and able to guide the team to achieve project goals.

You are required to have skills in the following areas:

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 F&O Retail is required with experience doing hands-on Configuration of Dynamics 365 F&O Retail, T&L functionality.
• Should have experience in F&O Retail, Retail HO, Assortments, Promotions, Loyalty, Discount configurations, M-Pos and C-Pos Configurations, Till configurations, Batch Jobs, SCM fundamentals, Categories and Hierarchies, D365 Retail and Commerce, Statement posting.
• Excellent verbal and written Communication Skills, Team Player, Excellent Client Handling, Flexible, Able to work in multiple Shifts, Willingness to Travel.
• Experience in implementing Dynamics 365 for finance & operations.
• Ability to understand, communicate, interpret corporate Retail processes and requirements.
• Exposure to other modules such as Dynamics 365 F&O Finance, AP, AR, Master Planning desired.
• Ability/Experience to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision.
• Experience and/or ability to document business processes.

Responsibilities:

• To Work as Lead/Senior Retail Business Consultant on the assigned engagement.
• Present Conference Room Pilot showing Dynamics 365 F&O fit to the Retail customers organization.
• Advise customer organization on Retail Processes & Controls using Dynamics 365 F&O Retail and help minimize gaps between standard 365 F&O Retail customer's business processes with right configuration.
• Prepare Business Process Discovery Documents.
• Prepare functional specification for customizations required for Dynamics AX Retail implementations.
• Prepare User Manuals and Training Plans.
• Store Roll-Out execution.
• Provide pre go live and post go live end user support.
