Job Summary
This position provides Technical support for the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM (Human Capital Management) modules like Core HR, Payroll, OTL, Learn, ORC, Talent Management etc. for client Business Units in a multi-Business Group environment. This position requires working closely with Functional Consultants and help them with technical deliverables like Reports, Interfaces and Data conversions for implementations and enhancements. In addition, this position will also provide technical support to the Operations team in resolving production issues, as needed.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Work closely with the HR Business team, HRIS functional team, Payroll team to understand the requirements for Dashboards, Reports, Interfaces, Extensions and Integrations for Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Providing strong subject matter expertise to identify and translate business and system requirements into design documents.
- Technical support for HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP Reports, OTBI and Fast Formula’s.
- Collaborating with project and delivery managers globally to provide estimates and develop the overall technical solution for area of expertise, interfacing and coordinating tasks with internal and external resources.
- Create optimization, automation, efficiencies through scripts or other tools.
- Partner with customer to finalize the key design aspects of data conversions and reports.
- Work with team on technical issues and provide support for development tasks.
- Perform unit testing of reports and data conversions.
- Support solution validation in the phases of SIT, UAT and Go Live
- Responsible for technical production support and prioritizes user requests.
- Support US payroll technically which is running on Oracle EBS.
- Support Non-US payroll integrations with Payroll vendors like ADP.
For This Role, You Will Need:
- 5-10 years of work experience.
- 5+ years developing data conversion, interfaces and reports in Oracle HCM Cloud.
- OTL Experience will be highly preferred.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, completing at least two Cloud full lifecycle implementations and upgrades from a technical standpoint.
- Proficient in HDL, HCM Extract, OTBI, BI Publisher and Fast Formulas.
- Experience in Oracle EBS (US Payroll) is beneficial.
- Excellent skills in SQL Query performance tunning
- Excellent written and verbal communication with presentation experience.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a project team.
- Must be able to multitask, evaluate high priorities and deliver quality performance under pressure.
- Ability and willingness to quickly learn new products and technologies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
