We are looking forward to hiring a senior EWM consultant who thrives on challenges and desires to make a real difference in the business world. • 10-12 years of overall experience in SAP, with strong expertise in logistics and warehouse management. The last couple of years must be with SAP S/4.
• At least 1 full-cycle SAP EWM implementation project experience, from blueprinting to go-live.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP EWM functionalities such as warehouse structure, process types, handling units, stock removal and placement strategies, wave management, labor management, yard management, etc.
• Proficient in SAP EWM-Material Flow System (MFS) and EWM integration with external systems.
• Experience in integrating SAP EWM with other SAP modules like SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP PP, SAP QM.
• Hands-on experience with RF technology, barcode systems, and automation solutions related to warehouse operations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work with clients, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders.
• SAP EWM certification (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to lead workshops, conduct training, and provide post-go-live support.
• Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies in project management.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Able to work remotely, independently and flexible working hours to have maximum overlap with European working hours (CET time zone).                                                                                                                                                                            

Responsibilities:

• Involve in business requirement collection, work with architects and experts to design the to-be solution.
• Prototype, demo, design & develop the solution, document the solution, including master data, involve in all testing, go-live and post go-live support activities.
• Perform configuration and writing functional specification for custom development as identified
• Collaborate with other designers and developers in designing and developing end-to-end solution.
• Follow project delivery approach in producing the deliverables and meeting them milestones.
• Ensure effective communication with business and project stakeholders.
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skill.
