Role Overview
The SAP Senior Project Manager will lead end-to-end SAP implementation and transformation projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and deep understanding of SAP solutions and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership
- Manage full lifecycle SAP projects (S/4HANA, BTP, ECC, SuccessFactors, Ariba, etc.).
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource plans.
- Drive project governance, risk management, and compliance.

Stakeholder Management
- Act as primary liaison between business, IT, and external vendors.
- Conduct steering committee meetings and provide status updates.
- Manage expectations and resolve conflicts effectively.

Delivery & Quality Assurance
- Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology and best practices.
- Oversee integration, testing, cutover, and go-live activities.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure timely issue resolution.

Team Management
- Lead cross-functional teams including consultants, developers, and business analysts.
- Mentor junior project managers and team members.
- Foster collaboration in an agile/hybrid environment.

Budget & Resource Control
- Manage project financials, cost tracking, and forecasting.
- Optimize resource allocation and vendor contracts.
