Primary Skills

  • 8+ years experience with a strong and solid foundation in IT architecture and delivery and being aware of the latest IT trends and innovations as are relevant for Product development.
  • Experience in growing the existing revenue base and hunting for new business within the assigned account.
  • Excellent communication skills, working with teams, and good stakeholder management with client management skills.
  • Very strong analytical skills with a focus on the business value of IT; ability to communicate this value and impact in business.
  • Build and manage executive-level client and stakeholder relationships and expand project portfolio beyond current opportunities.
  • Excellent technical skills and working experience as technical lead/Architect, contributing to technical discussions, technical reviews etc.
  • Experience in developing business proposals and working on business development opportunities.
  • Strong IT project management skills, experience working with highly diverse teams creative, enthusiastic approach to collaborative development of client relationships and opportunities
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability.



  • This requirement is for Technical Architect having exposure to Account management along with technical stack, who will be able to drive projects from a technical perspective and manage the client, and team.
  • Manage various teams within different types of projects· Involvement in technical discussions, technical reviews, business proposals, etc.·
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders from business, and internal stakeholders· Coach team members, and upskill them·
  • Display expert knowledge of technical design alternatives and their implications by guiding the development team in overall application technical design activities.
  • Should oversee and guide on the technology front as per the need for software products and client applications and assist in the configuration of required implementation (support team with technical expertise)
  • Drive initiatives within teams/clients to enhance client experience·
  • Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration·
  • Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders) ·
  • Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur·
  • Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint·
  • Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it.
  • Coordinate with recruitment, and resource management group for resourcing requirements
