Role Overview

We are seeking a Salesforce Agentforce Developer to configure and build AI-powered agents within the Salesforce ecosystem. The role involves developing Agentforce use cases, integrating AI actions with backend workflows, and ensuring high-quality execution within enterprise CRM environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and build Agentforce agents, topics, and actions
  • Develop and optimize AI prompts for business use cases
  • Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce Flows, Apex, and Platform Events
  • Implement backend actions triggered via AI agents
  • Configure data grounding using Salesforce objects and Knowledge
  • Support AI testing and refinement cycles
  • Participate in release cycles and hypercare support

 

Required Skills

  • 3+ years Salesforce development experience
  • Hands-on experience with Agentforce / Einstein Copilot
  • Apex, LWC, Flows
  • REST/SOAP integrations
  • Understanding of AI prompt configuration and tuning
  • Experience in CI/CD and release management

 

Preferred

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I
  • Experience in regulated industries (Life Sciences preferred
