We are looking forward to hire Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Professionals in the following areas :

 

Key Responsibilities-

Platform Development & Customization:

  • Develop and maintain custom applications within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Configure and implement business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and UI actions.
  • Design and build reusable components and scalable solutions aligned with platform best practices.

Catalog & Workflow Automation:

  • Develop and maintain Service Catalog items, request workflows, and record producers.
  • Implement process automation using Workflow Editor and Flow Designer.
  • Ensure efficient orchestration of business processes across modules.

Integration & APIs:

  • Design and develop REST/SOAP APIs for inbound and outbound integrations.
  • Build and manage integration solutions with third-party systems.
  • Ensure secure, performant, and scalable API implementations.

Platform Governance:

  • Adhere to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and governance policies.
  • Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and platform optimization initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with platform upgrade and release strategies.

MID Server Management & Debugging:

  • Install, configure, and maintain MID Servers.
  • Troubleshoot integration and connectivity issues.
  • Perform debugging across platform components including scripts, workflows, and integrations.

Upgrade Planning & Implementation:

  • Plan and execute ServiceNow platform upgrades, including release evaluation and impact assessment.
  • Perform instance cloning, upgrade testing, and validation across environments.
  • Identify and remediate upgrade conflicts (e.g., skipped updates, deprecated features).
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth upgrade deployment with minimal business disruption.
  • Maintain upgrade documentation, testing strategies, and rollback plans.

Data Management & CMDB:

  • Work with CMDB including CI classes, relationships, and data integrity.
  • Develop and manage Import Sets, Transform Maps, and data loads.
  • Ensure accurate and reliable configuration data across the platform.

Reporting & Dashboards:

  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards for business and operational insights.
  • Build performance analytics indicators and visualizations.
  • Support stakeholders with actionable data and reporting solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.

Expertise in:

  • Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies
  • Service Catalog and workflows
  • Flow Designer
  • REST/SOAP API development

Experience with CMDB, Import Sets, and data transformation.

Experience with MID Server setup, troubleshooting, and integrations.

Experience in ServiceNow upgrade planning, testing, and implementation.

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of platform governance and best practices.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

Experience in ServiceNow platform architecture and design

Exposure to ITSM, Event Management, or other ServiceNow modules Key Responsibilities
