Sr. Software Engineer - Informatica MDM -Admin Job

We are looking forward to hire Informatica MDM -Admin Professionals in the following areas :

MDM Administrator:

The resource will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of the Informatica MDM environment.

Over all 6+ years of experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in Informatica MDM administration and production support.

Responsibilities:

Work on System Administration:

Install / manage, configure, and upgrade Informatica MDM components (like Hub, IDD, Services Integration, Web services etc.)

Manage user access and security settings in the MDM environment.

Monitor system performance and ensure optimal resource utilization.

Production Support:

Provide 24/7 production support to resolve MDM-related incidents and service requests.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to Informatica MDM, ensuring minimal downtime.

Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement corrective actions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (like DBA, Application Support) to resolve complex issues.

Monitor MDM processes, data loads, and system health using MDM tools.

Implement patches and updates to ensure the system is up to date.

Perform regular system health checks and audits to ensure system stability.

Participate in change management activities, including the deployment of new releases, patches, and configuration changes.

Work closely with development teams to implement deployment changes in production and other environments following best practices.

Generate reports on system performance, uptime, and incidents for management review.

Follow industry best practices in MDM and Informatica administration to optimize system performance and reliability.

Preferably Experience with data management, ETL processes, and DQ.
