Technical Analyst – Edge Applications

Job Summary:

This position will be responsible for carrying out Production support for Global Instance for Client Enterprise IT Requires skills in Investigation, Problem resolution and Communication

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Primary responsibility is to analyze the requested change for impact to the Prod instances, in accordance with the documented standards and facilitate change to flow through the different instances and responsible for technical issues in Production/non-production instances
• Advance knowledge of Java, J2ee, SQL, PL/SQL
• Experience in working SaaS application ( good if TRAX or TradeSphere )
• Knowledge or work experience in Edge Applications (TradeSphere & Trax )
• Good knowledge Web Applications
• Experience in working in Automations / AI tools 
• Basic Knowledge of Oracle EBS Order Management and Shipping Modules will be advantage
• Skills in Problem Investigation, Problem Resolution and Communication
• Understand Business Process and Match Functional Requirements with Technical Solution
• Review Change Requests for adherence to client Standards & Best Practices
• Perform Issue resolution for Global Solutions / Programs in controlled instances
• Work with vendor for Support on resolution 
• Identify the gaps in existing process and implement solutions to address them
• Ability to analyze, understand and effectively communicate functional changes to end users 
• Knowledge of System Development Life Cycle 
• Ability to Identify and test scenario for patches prior to Production Implementation
• Ability to analyze, understand, trouble shoot and effectively communicate functional details to end users and management
• Self-Motivated / Team player with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Must be flexible, adaptable and have ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Solid analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication with Business on issues and understanding of business solution                                                            
• Should be open to work in Shifts

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5-7 years’ technical experience with Java, J2ee, Pl/Sql 
• Very Good Communication Skills
• Tech Skills : SQL/PLSql , TOAD, Java, Advance Java, J2ee, SQL, PL/SQL, OAF
• Oracle Applications : Basic Knowledge of OM and Shipping

B.Tech/B.E
