Sr. Software Engineer - Mainframe Job

We are looking forward to hire Mainframe Professionals in the following areas :

Experience required : 4 to 6 years

Primary Skill : Mainframe, Cobol, JCL, IMS, DB2

Good to have : Python/Databricks

• Perform detailed analysis of incidents to identify root causes, implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence through permanent fixes and process improvements.
• Handle ad-hoc batch requests, execute runs as required and provide support for business-critical or time-sensitive batch activities.
• Provide end-to-end support for mainframe batch jobs, including monitoring scheduled runs, resolving job failures and ensuring timely batch completion.
• Monitor, manage and resolve production incidents to ensure system stability and meet SLA commitments.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams during incident resolution.
• Support and contribute to DB2 database and IMS modernization initiatives
