Skills: SFMC Expert with strong hands-on experience across all Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, Mobile Studio, and Contact Builder.


Key Skills & Experience

• SFMC Expert with strong hands-on experience across all Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, Mobile Studio, and Contact Builder.
• Proven expertise in integrating SFMC with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms for seamless content and asset management.
• Strong hands-on experience in dynamic content creation and personalization within SFMC using AMPscript, Dynamic Content Rules, and Content Builder.
• Advanced HTML/CSS development skills for building responsive and optimized email templates.
• Good working knowledge of SQL for data segmentation, audience creation, and campaign reporting within SFMC.
• Extensive experience in SFMC architecture, solution design, and integration strategy, including API-based integrations with enterprise applications and third-party platforms.
• Experience in designing scalable marketing technology solutions, ensuring best practices for performance, security, and maintainability.
• Ability to collaborate with business, marketing, and technical teams to define and deliver end-to-end customer engagement solutions.
