Job Description:

Required:

• 5 or more years of experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools - Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, CoPilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents), Dataverse, Power Pages, and AI Builder.

• 5 or more years of experience using SharePoint Online as a developer cum administrator, contributor, and site owner with a strong understanding of the capabilities as well as the data and permissions structure.

• 3 or more years of experience integrating Microsoft Power Platform with APIs and other code hosted in cloud technologies.

• 4 or more years of experience building scripts and functions in languages such as PowerShell, C#, JavaScript, and Python.

• 1 or more years of experience using and integrating Generative AI in technical solutions.
• Should have SharePoint Admin experience on below activities.
• Environment & Security Management
  Experience in managing SharePoint Online tenant settings, site collections, user access, permissions, sharing policies, and ensure data security & compliance.
• Site & Service Administration
  Experience in creating and managing sites (Team/Communication), configure storage quotas, manage templates, monitor usage, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Governance, Support & Optimization
  Experience in defining governance policies, handle user issues, perform audits, monitor performance, and continuously optimize SharePoint with best practices and integrations (Power Platform, OneDrive).

Desired :

• General knowledge in the following areas:
• Microsoft Power Platform licensing
• Microsoft Azure
• Azure Function Apps
• Azure Automation Accounts
• Microsoft Entra (formerly Azure AD)
• API integration
• Relational databases such as SQL Server
• Strong ability to coach both technical and non-technical users leveraging your technical skills.
• Experience developing medium to complex solutions using Microsoft Power Platform

Duties:

• Engage with internal Citizen Developer customers as a technical consultant to guide them in the planning and creation of low-code and hybrid-code solutions to solve business needs.
• Act as a technical liaison between the customer and various internal teams to help identify the best path for successful outcomes.  This includes tool selection in the digitalization, automation, and AI space along with ensuring security and best practices are applied.
• Provide internal customer support for questions or issues related to development in Microsoft Power Platform and collaboration tools such as SharePoint Online, Viva Engage and Microsoft Teams.
• Identify patterns and opportunities to help reduce friction in the adoption and utilization of Citizen Development tools, reduce the need for support ticket creation, and improve customer satisfaction and efficiency.
• Leverage technical expertise to build low/hybrid code solutions and proof of concepts using the tools that we support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business and technical needs.
